Verve - the Community Panel specialist announce the formation of a new European Executive Director team alongside the expansion of North American Executive Team.
Rich Preedy, Tim Martin, Paul Lawson and Anna Williams all join Verve’s European Executive team, while Ron Orgiefsky and Jon Allison join Marie Patenio on the Verve North American Exec team.
Adrian Harper-Tee (Group MD), Emma Beech (Group SVP Operations) and Andrew Cooper (CEO) will continue to be part of both Executive Teams.
Nick Baker has left the business for a new role.
Verve Europe:
Rich Preedy and Tim Martin take joint responsibility for leading Verve’s European Research Team.
Richard Preedy has been with Verve for four years, overseeing accounts including Samsung, John Lewis, Virgin Holidays and Virgin Atlantic. In his previous role as Divisional Director in the Business & Technology team at GfK, he was responsible for running a number of large-scale Global brand, trends and innovation programmes.
Tim Martin’s tenure at Verve spans five years where he has been responsible for overseeing accounts such as Boots, Barclays and Prudential. He was also responsible for founding Verve’s Chicago office on Verve’s appointment by Walgreens to run one of the most sophisticated Community Panels in the world.
Paul Lawson has been promoted to Executive Director and is responsible for new business development. Paul has been at Verve since the early days – over eight years – and has helped develop the business on-boarding clients such as E.ON, Cigna and Barclaycard. Prior to Verve Paul spent eight years at global market research business Synovate where he was the account director on the Unilever account.
Anna Williams has been appointed to the Executive Board ensuring that Verve’s qualitative, collaborative and immersion practises are fully represented. Prior to joining Verve, Anna worked across marketing, strategy consultancy and market research for agencies such as Kubi Kalloo, Quadrangle, and Opinion Leader.
Verve North America:
Meanwhile in Chicago Ron Orgiefsky, joins as SVP with responsibility for new business development and Jon Allison has been promoted to the Executive team.
Ron comes to Verve directly from Emnos USA, where his primary focus was to lead client teams, marketing, and new business pitches. Prior, Ron has held leadership roles in several professional services firms, including Vestcom, Market Advantage, Nielsen, and Spectra Marketing, consulting with clients across a broad range of industries.
Jon Allison has been promoted to Vice President, overseeing insights generation for Verve’s current roster of North American clients and helping drive the company’s expansion further into the NA market. Before joining Verve, Jon was a Director of Advanced Analytics at Nielsen and has worked across multiple business sectors throughout his career.
