Verve have announced growth of 28% for the financial year ending 31 December 2021 (following 23% growth in 2020), taking turnover to £10.4 million.

Andrew Cooper, CEO and Founder of Verve comments:

“I am are very proud of the excellent client work the team has delivered, resulting in stellar revenue growth in 2021. With this momentum, and investments already made, I see strong reasons for us to further improve on this upward growth trend in 2022.”

Much of 2021 growth has come from the expansion of Verve’s research specialisms including Culture & Trends, Innovation and Semiotics for long term programme clients, coupled with new client wins as diverse as Samsung Global Brands, Maersk Group, Shell Electric Vehicles and Thames Water.

A further driver of 2022 growth will come from the recently announced premium partnership with Alida (previously knowns as Vision Critical) where Verve are working closely with them to provide a full range of research and CX services to Alida’s software platform clients across the world.
