Verve have announced growth of 28% for the financial year ending 31 December 2021 (following 23% growth in 2020), taking turnover to £10.4 million.

Much of 2021 growth has come from the expansion of Verve’s research specialisms including Culture & Trends, Innovation and Semiotics for long term programme clients, coupled with new client wins as diverse as Samsung Global Brands, Maersk Group, Shell Electric Vehicles and Thames Water.
A further driver of 2022 growth will come from the recently announced premium partnership with Alida (previously knowns as Vision Critical) where Verve are working closely with them to provide a full range of research and CX services to Alida’s software platform clients across the world.
Verve also announces this week a number of promotions within the team.
In the UK research team, Melissa Birkett has been promoted to Research Director. Since joining as a Senior Research Executive in 2014, Melissa has been instrumental in the development of several of Verve’s key clients including innocent and John Lewis. Also, in the research team Tomi Durosinmi and Danny Vio have been promoted to Research Manager and Talia Austin, who joined Verve’s graduate intake last year, moves up to Research Executive.
Elsewhere, Verve’s Operations team sees Oana Pasca promoted to Associate Director, Teodora-Adelina Andone to Senior Project Manager and Cristiana Hubate to Community Manager. Anisoara Gherghel, Teodora Alexandra Simon, Nicusoara Bordei and Mihai Grigorescu have all been promoted to Project Managers.
