On the back of strong first quarter growth, Verve, the community panel and smart digital research specialist, has invested in a new Innovation Director role; further expanding its heavyweight leadership team with the appointment of Adrian Sanger.

Adrian will focus on the strategic development of Verve’s core business, helping accelerate growth internationally through the scoping and launch of new products and propositions across the portfolio.

Following the strategic partnership with Potentiate last year, Sanger will work in collaboration with Daniel Alexander-Head, Potentiate’s Innovation Director, to develop industry-leading ideas, with particular emphasis on the expertise that both agencies hold on the intersection of community panels and CX.

Sanger previously held leadership roles at Kantar, dunnhumby, Nielsen and GfK, and has extensive experience across emerging methods such as behavioural science, advanced analytics and in-the-moment insight approaches.
