The Parker Prize is awarded to the person under 25 who is an emerging talent in the industry, this is how the AQR describes it:

They'll naturally develop rapport with clients and colleagues and always be looking for ways to go the extra mile. They are a person who deserves to be recognised for not only doing their job well, but for doing it brilliantly.”
