Verve, the European leaders in Community Panels and agile customer insight, expands in North America
Verve, who collaborate with clients such as Walgreens in North America and Samsung and Virgin Atlantic in Europe, are now actively providing their full service, quant and qual, online and offline proposition across North America.
Their Chicago office was initially opened to service the needs of Walgreens who selected Verve to run their 300,000 strong Community Panel which integrates their loyalty card purchase data with quant and qual attitudinal data. This allows clients to really understand “the why behind the buy”.
Leading Verve’s expansion in North America is Marie Patenio, who was recently promoted to SVP, Research and Consulting. Also joining the business are Marlene Kohn as VP Business Development and Kristin Render as Senior Research Manager. In addition, Bogdan Bucur, Director of Operations in London, also joins the Verve Chicago team.
